Biden Administration Plans to Increase Fines on Companies with Unvaccinated Employees
Through a provision attached to the $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” spending bill, the Biden administration is attempting to increase the financial penalty tenfold for companies which continue to employ unvaccinated citizens. Due to previous emergency legislation, Federal law identifies the spread of Covid as a workplace hazard, allowing President Biden to become further unimpeded in his task of fully vaccinating the American workforce if the provision passes both chambers of Congress. MailOnline has the story.
The increased fines on employers could go as high as $70,000 for serious infractions, and $700,000 for wilful or repeated violations – a sum which can be applied to each instance of a violation rather than a total limit.
If enacted into law, the fines could rapidly bankrupt companies whose employees are not vaccinated, in effect forcing businesses to comply with Biden’s inoculation drive.
It comes after the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published an emergency Covid rule in the Federal Register this summer, which added Covid to a list of possible workplace hazards for healthcare employment.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi has not yet announced when the House will vote on the reconciliation bill that includes the new vaccine enforcement mechanism.
On Thursday September 9th, Biden announced that companies with 100 or more employees must ensure every worker is either fully vaccinated or gets tested at least once a week, or face fines of thousands of dollars.
He also demanded that all workers in healthcare settings that receive Medicaid or Medicare reimbursement – roughly 17 million people – must get vaccinated, and signed an executive order requiring all federal workers and contractors to get vaccinated.
Now, the raise in fines included in the new bill formulates the latest part of the President’s drive to get 100 million employees across the federal government and private sector vaccinated.
Any business that violates the rule can already face substantial fines of up to $14,000 per incident, but the legislation that has been included in the new $3.5 trillion bill could raise the fines for non-compliance 10 times higher, with a limit of up to $700,000 for each “wilful” or “repeated” violation according to Forbes.

It is conjectured that the illness of not voting for Joe Biden is a pandemic of the unvaccinated and hence, it’s open season for them.

I don’t usually care for US domestic politics that much but this guy makes Trump look seriously like a beacon of honesty and integrity.
Does anyone actually believe this seriously cognitively impaired man, who can barely produce a comprehensible sentence, is writing his own script? He’s just a front for far more sinister beings behind the scenes, and he’ll say whatever they tell him to. That’s why he’s so dangerous. He won’t question a thing, no matter how dictatorial and oppressive it sounds.
I don’t know this guy. And I won’t judge him by whatever is political opponents claim about his mental abilities (or lack thereof). That’s a staple of US partisan politics and readily employed by all sides whenever the opportunity presents itself, cf Pelosi making noises about Trump in this respect after he got monoclonal antibodies she chose to label as “drugs known to cause cognitive impairment”.
But judging him by his own statements, eg the pandemic of the unvaccinated lie, is perfectly valid. Or by treating a quarter (roughly) of the population on whose behalf is supposed to govern as enemies because they’re afraid of something (most of them, presumably). This doesn’t speak for character traits a leader of people should usually have.

Vaccination does not protect against not falling ill with COVID-19 despite testing positive for Sars-CoV2 RNA. But endlessly repeated claims that this might miraculously happen somehow are still the merest moonshine: Vaccination does not and cannot protect against infection. Its effect is supposed to come into play after infection has happened, namely, to stop infection from progressing to disease.
The Covidians have really backed themselves into a corner here: By creating the notion of asymptomatic disease, they’ve implicitly created a problem against which vaccination (or even medication) is entirely powerless. That’s why all of the masking-and-distancing circus continues for vaccinated people in many places on the world. It cannot ever be stopped without letting go of asymptomatic disease first.

What has been noticeable in the past week, is an almost total news blackout in this country of what is happening in the US.

The AZ election audit, which revealed 17,000 duplicate votes (the media leaked the result four hours before it was presented to the AZ senate, but only revealed they found a handful more Trump votes, so they could claim Biden still won. The AZ AG has now referred several individuals for prosecution after finding a million records had been deleted.
The Biden Administration has had it’s spending plans blocked, which is likely to result in a governnent shutdown soon.

None of this is really about data and the facts of whether vaccinated or non vaccinated people spread the illness. It is about ideology that goes way beyond this.

Biden is the perfect example of a hate crime, inciting hatred against a group of people for their charactersitics. Similar things are being said by Draghi and his ministers in Italy, There is no other word for these people except evil.
The “vaccine” does not confer immnunity, it does not prevent the transmission, in other words the only difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated is a social credit app, and an experimental substance which does not do what it says on the label. On this basis these men want to divide and then segregate a section of society, they are essentially tribal leaders who want to destroy the tribe that does not conform to their identitiy. Not based on crimes committed, not based on health, but based on the willingness to have an app representing your social status and an unlicensed fluid in your body.

I read two days ago that a company that employed over 100 people, and was in line for Biden’s fines as they were not prepared to threaten their staff to take the experimental jabs, got round the problem by firing the 17 vaccinated staff so the <100 unvaccinated could remain employed in a viable company.
