Judge Files Complaint Against Portuguese Government For its ‘Criminal’ Mismanagement of the Covid Crisis
A Portuguese judge has filed a criminal complaint against the Portuguese Government, including the President of the Republic, for their mismanagement of the coronavirus crisis and infringement of the constitution.
A small crowd gathered outside the office of the Procuradoria Geral da República (Attorney General) when the complaint was submitted last week, but there’s been scant coverage of it in the mainstream media.

A lot of the material being quoted within this document is in English. It would be good to get the main presentation translated from the Portugese as it appears that this judge is certainly on the ball and is brave enough to take on the establishment. How we need someone similar here.

Some related idiocy: A court in Berlin has just (couple of days ago) upheld prohibition of an anti-coronameasures demonstration because it would be a public health risk. At least one of the reasons was that «corona vaccines would neither prevent infection nor transmission». That’s de facto carte blanche for the government of Berlin (the German state) to prohibit anything they want forever.
Something they didn’t want to prohibit was the CSD parade, an unmasked street party of roughly 80,000 people, which went ahead some weeks earlier.
Let’s hope he doesn’t suffer the same fate as 3 African presidents.
Fair play to him. I hope more judges and people in the legal profession start pushing back.

This judge is suspended because he doesn’t believe the pandemic. His complaint is against the republic president, the prime minister and all health authorities by crimes against humanity.
