Life Returns to Normal… At a Funeral

A reader has sent us an account of a funeral he attended today. Sounds wonderful.

Just back from a village funeral today.

130-150 mourners packed into the medieval church. Age profile 20-90, average age 60s. White British almost without exception, dominated by the nominally high risk age groups.

Masks? I counted four, including the vicar. Social distancing? Are you joking? We were packed in like Japanese commuters. No-one gave a damn except someone who seemed to have a crisis mid-service for unknown reasons and fled into the graveyard.

Singing? En masse. Laughing too.

Piled into the local pub for the wake, packed to the rafters too. Covid a popular topic but the line was if we’re vaccinated that’s all we can do, time to get on with it and stop farting about.

The Government can fool itself anyway it wants, Neil Ferguson can say anything he likes, and Gabriel Scally can talk as much **** as he likes. But the fact is that it’s over. I can’t see anyone rowing back from this – the mere fact of mass vaccination has entirely changed perception of the lockdown rules, or acceptance of them.

You know what? For a couple of hours it was like the Good Old Days.

And when the time for the boosters comes, can we count on them saying “sod off”? Doubt it somehow. Unless they do, this shitshow will just carry on.

Micro-revolts like this are like flea bites on an elephant’s back to the out-of-control freaks that think they have us where they want us. The population is incapable of even registering anger it seems. Might interfere with the endless bread & circuses. Direct action against the establishment and it’s infrastructure is the only thing that will end the torpor.

What does our Government have planned this winter? You will need “boosters” to be “fully vaxxed”

So many adverse reactions unreported, surely a bunch of these people have put 2 and 2 together and realised it was the shot/s that made them poorly and they just don’t want to talk about it. Don’t make the same mistake a third time!

“It’s over.”? Much as I wish that were true, there’s a good chance that the attempt to get out of this via a leaky gene-therapy approach – rather than, say, by storming the castle and stringing up the bio-terrorists – may just have made things even worse. https://trialsitenews.com/c-19-pandemia-quo-vadis-homo-sapiens/

“If we’re vaccinated that’s all we can do” who wrote this: the old Tobster, perhaps. Then off down to QPR [midweek] to take the knee, bless him! I’m kinda feeling a new Band-aid type scenario being put together, in the very near future. Rock and Pop stars singing: Vaccinate the World! Do they know it’s jabbing time, again !! The desperation, now, is palpable. I’m getting a stiff neck, already, because of this incessant coercion and clamouring for experimental drug therapy. fuck me, people don’t need a bastard vaccine. Won’t they wise up anytime soon !!??

Judging from the amount of covid mania still to be seen on the streets, no, they won’t wise up.

A thumbs up just isn’t quite enough – your words speak to millions in despair and with hope – the point being missed at this fuzzy funeral are jab compliance leads to death, injury and passports – these lead to digital currency controlled by central banks and this leads to every fucking move you ever make being known and controlled forever, if so desired – look at China now – and look at Uk govt tenders. Wake up – then boycott jabs and all apartheid businesses and put your money into Bitcoin or gold. Now.

It is desperation. In America, there is evidence that vaccinated, deceased people are being counted in the uptake percentage to boost the numbers. There’s no depth these psychos won’t trawl to push the narrative and when they’re exposed it’s going to be spectacular.

Yep – it will only be over when they have fully ramped-up the climate crisis farce!

Nope – it’ll never be over. The only semblance of being “over” is when everyone has a digital ID and social credit account.

Good to hear these stories of normality. It’s important that the deceased get a proper send off free from human stupidities. I went to a wedding just over a week ago and there was a refreshing air of normality. There were just two people (both guests) masked at the ceremony and from what I’m told they unmasked later when they realised nobody else was masked. And then the evening do was brilliant. Can’t recall a single mask amongst the wedding attendees or the staff (although my memory may be slightly impaired through alcohol consumption!). Lots of hugging etc and completely human interaction. The strange thing was there were a number of believers in the covid religion there, but at least there are signs that they may be ready to ditch all the nonsense rituals of their religion. And then super busy this last weekend in the medium sized town in Cumbria where I live. We couldn’t get into a restaurant and ended up having to eat in a large and very busy Weatherspoons, where there was a reassuringly normal fight between two female customers which the bouncers had to break up. Too far away to see if the fighters were… Read more »

I went to a delightful wedding, where thought of Covid was not invited. People are keen to forget it. I think everyone now knows, or knows of someone vaxxed but got Delta. But I don’t think that adds up to mass rebellion when Sage imprisons us again this winter. They might have a bit less faith in the narrative, but they still haven’t got the agenda.

You’ve put your finger on it – I come across a lot of continuing underlying belief, if not in all the supposed remedies.

I was in church the Sunday one day before ‘freedom day’, I was the only person not wearing a face mask. A week later I only counted three people out of 50 wearing one. Had the Covid ‘threat’ suddenly disappeared in the space of a week – of course not, simply a rule change.

The simple fact is that the vast majority will just do as they are told. If Boris mandates face masks tomorrow I have no doubt in my mind that I would be the only one not masked up again this Sunday.

I wish I could say the same about my church. In the days before ‘freedom day’ everybody was masked up except myself, the hubby and the odd other brave person. After ‘freedom day’ there was a very noticeable increase with several people ditching their masks and more people wearing them under their nose (rolls eyes!) – out of about 20 people there were five or six (excluding us) not wearing a mask. Then our priest got cold feet and informed all parishioners that face masks were to be compulsory again “to keep us all safe”. This, by the way, goes directly against the current diocesan rules, which only strongly recommend face coverings. We’ve continued to bare our faces at Mass and so has one of our friends (who sits right up under the nose of the priest!), but everyone else immediately recoiled and masked up again. The priest keeps thanking everyone after Mass for their compliance with masking up, which I’m sure is a blatant dig at us, but I’m way past caring at this point!

What a disrespectful bugger that vicar is!

If the vast majority of the mourners were unmuzzled, then so should he have been.

Just my opinion.

Unfortunately this is not universal (I wish it was). I’m due to go to a private event later this year and the organiser has insisted that face masks are worn in communal areas and that if you are not vaccinated you should not attend – the fear and hysteria continues in some parts of England

Whilst I am tempted to boycott (and probably will) it will have no impact and I suspect that others at the event will conclude that it is me who is in the wrong and my view will be further isolated. Part of me doesn’t blame them as they have been subjected to 18 months of hysterical propaganda that Joseph Goebbels would have been proud of

Indeed, a heartening event – if sad.

But I do wonder if we’ve yet reached a tipping point of disbelief and scorn, and what the response will be to the next Scary Fairy that will be engineered.

I find that people in general still hold on to some of the fundamental myths of the scam – particularly that the snake-oil works.
