Joe Biden Announces Door-Knocking Campaign to “Get Americans Vaccinated”

The Joe Biden administration has announced it is “intensifying efforts” to increase the take-up in its Covid vaccine roll-out by sending “outreach” teams to knock on doors and pressure people to “get Americans vaccinated”. The Epoch Times has the story.

Because millions of Americans are unvaccinated and due to the so-called ‘Delta’ Covid variant that’s spreading, Biden said that his administration will attempt to ramp up vaccination efforts.

“Do it now,” said Biden during a White House press conference, referring to getting vaccinated.

The President said that people will be “knocking on doors” to get “help to the remaining people” who aren’t vaccinated. It’s part of a community outreach program, he said, that is being set up as mass vaccination sites are being phased out.

Biden also spoke about how his administration plans to make the vaccine available in more healthcare settings.

Those initiatives include providing more assistance to thousands of pharmacies, doctor’s offices, and other medical facilities so they can distribute vaccines, Biden said. Vaccines will also be doled out at sporting events, summer events, and religious activities, he added.

“We’re intensifying efforts to meet people out where they are,” the President said.

Younger Americans, Biden added, seem particularly reluctant to get the vaccine. The President argued they’re more at risk of contracting the Delta variant and that the strain is responsible for most new Covid cases.

“Seems to me, it should cause everyone to think twice,” Biden said.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said the administration’s efforts will include “targeted by community door-to-door outreach to get remaining Americans vaccinated.” It’s not clear how the administration plans to accomplish this, and neither she nor Biden provided any more details.

The administration will first target communities with lower vaccination rates, she added. The door-to-door outreach efforts will get information about vaccines to people who haven’t received them yet.

The plan is part of the Government’s Covid response after the White House fell shy of its self-imposed July 4th deadline to get 70% of American adults at least one vaccination shot. According to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 67% of American adults have received at least one shot and more than 157 million are fully vaccinated.

If you’ve never been called “fascist” by hysterical liars, then you’ve never said anything honest or important in politics in the past half century or so.

The irony is that almost all those hysterical liars seem to have gone remarkably quiet in the face of actual fascism in response to the coronapanic.

Most of the time, when people screech “fascist” they don’t know what fascism is. Other times, the name-calling comes from people with communist sympathies (natural opponents of fascism). The confusion is that both political systems are socialist and are authoritarian. Communism would be described as left-wing of socialism while fascism would be described as right-wing of socialism.

So when they’re labelling Trump as a fascist, they’re doing so either from a communist influence, or they’re just shouting the popular nasty word for effect without really knowing why they’re calling him a fascist.

In truth, the bloke is just a puppet, what he really thinks and believes will change like the weather depending on what the climate dictates.

Absolutely agree with your view on Fascism actually being a form of socialism. I have had great fun with a new guy at work who is an active member of the Labour party. I said to him last week, if you measure left and right in terms of liberal and authoritarian, then I am hard left, and you are far right. he laughed, but didn’t disagree.

If people researched the origins of fascism in Italy, they would find it very much has its roots deep in socialism. And most people understand that the term Nazi is from the party name National Socialists…

As I understand it, the Germans never called themselves ‘Nazis’, it was a slur from the communists and the broader allied forces, but yes, they were most definitely socialist.

A slur or not, it was still based on the party name, which has Socialist right within it 😀

IIRC “Nazi” was also a Bavarian slur roughly equivalent to “redneck” in the US, based on the name “Ignaz” which was common among rural Bavarians at the time.

You should read Ludwig Von Mises, he showed that Mussolini’s economic policy was identical to the British Labour party’s theory of guild socialism.

IIRC David Edgerton (not exactly a free-market libertarian) suggested that the nationalist economic policies of the Attlee government owed as much to Oswald Mosley as they did to the pre-war Labour Party.

Atlee also flirted with the idea of dictatorship in the 1930s. He and other Labour Party members argued for a “Cromwellian” solution to the socio-economic crisis, with regional governors being appointed with martial law style powers. He was eventually to dissociate himself from those ideas, but he did espouse them in the early to mid 1930s.

No, the philosophy of socialism or communism is the abolition of class and a bottom up approach to politics and economics. This is quite the opposite of fascism which is top down and hierarchical.

Of course, you could argue that no version of socialism or communism has ever achieved its theory in practice, but that is a different argument.

Skeptical_Stu

Perhaps the philosophy. However, it still needs a centralisation of power to ensure a classless society. Which is hierarchical and top down. And there in lies the problem.

Biden was clearly senile when he was elected, and has only gone downhill since.

It’ apparent that the Biden/Harris team could never have been elected without manipulating the election, whether by outright ballot rigging or by massive systematic media and big tech bias. The sad thing is that far too many “Conservatives in name only”, obsessive Trump-haters, and “respectability” worshippers chose to focus on the former and insist there was “no evidence”, rather than looking at the latter, for which the evidence was right in our faces.

We are all paying the price for that, and the bill is only going to increase.

The evidence is mounting that the election was rigged on multiple fronts. I did hear a theory a while back. Take this with a pinch of salt, but I fully believe the election was stolen, so anything is possible I suppose. The theory goes:

If we are on a march towards a one world govt/currency/cashless society/social credit system, then one beautiful thing stands in its way. The American Constitution. For anything that big to ever succeed, they will need to destroy that first.

The only way the Constitution can be amended/changed (even removed) is via a 2/3’s vote carried by the individual states.

If the Democrats are allowed to get away with this steal (we wait to see what happens in Arizona & Georgia), then they will only be emboldened to steal the next election, perhaps at a larger scale to get that 2/3’s majority they will need to override the Constitution.

A frightening theory, but with what we have all seen over the last 18 months, is it really implausible?

I’ve been saying this for years. Once America is disarmed, the entire West will fall.

It’s highly likely that this virus was released because Trump was severely pissing in the Globalists cornflakes, hence we now see the massive acceleration of their agenda.

Agenda 21 wasn’t possible because Hillary lost, so they are now going for the throat with the full technocratic fascist state they have desired for decades.

Could be, could be. I certainly am not in a position to say that you’re wrong. And the evidence is mounting you are on to something.

Just curious, what are your thoughts on the Arizona audit? I have been waiting patiently for weeks now for the results to be released. Apparently they are trying to make them legally robust before they do so. Do you think the state could be decertified? That would open the door for Georgia and Pennsylvania. If they decertify, that should remove Biden from office, and return control of the senate back to the Republicans.

Chances?

If those saying there was no evidence of election fraud had been watching the tv coverage on election night, it would have been right in front of them, i.e. vote talkies being switched between Trump and Biden. Vote tallies might go up as more votes come in, but they don’t go down, and no one explained how the vote totals were swapped over in one state to put Biden suddenly in the lead with the same number of votes Trump had just two minutes previously. Perhaps it was a mistake, but funny how all the mistakes were in one direction only.

Best not to laugh, as though these people are somehow too stupid to realise that their policies will get someone shot. That’s precisely their intention.

Consider the inevitable consequences when someone does get shot.

Consider that the Democrats are already pushing to treat dissenters as domestic terrorists (much as the Labour/”Conservative” elite is criminalising dissent in this country).

Consider that the 1st and 2nd Amendments have always been the main stumbling blocks for leftist tyranny in the US, and their primary political objectives, as far as getting them out of the way is concerned.
