Has everyone seen the letter dated 02/07/2021 to Sir Simon Stevens CEO NHS England from the legal team of Dr. Sam White who had his licence to practice within the NHS suspended on 26/06/21?

“Free and informed consent of those being vaccinated”.

Yes. It’s a funny thing but after months of nothing, I have just been sent a message to a mobile phone number about getting some ‘vaccine’ “if you have not already done so” (which I immediately deleted without looking at closely).

Firstly, why now and how did they get this number? Secondly, what should I do if I get any more such messages? (And I was thinking of blacklisting the number, and when they get round that, sending a blunt reply).

I’ve had numerous texts from my GP and ? NHS, phone calls, letters about being injected which I’ve not responded to. I’ve blocked the numbers from the texts and also those to my landline. They can only have got the numbers from my GP because I don’t recall giving my numbers on any government websites.
I received a 3rd letter recently, inviting me to join clinical trials in the fight against covid 🙄 They are tenacious, I’ll give them that.

I suppose they don’t inform you of the risks?

Seems almost everyone else has apart from me. Thing is, I haven’t been in touch with my GP in the last few weeks (I can’t remember if I phoned them on a mobile number before that) so it seems a bit odd for it to start now. Anyway, shows what we’re up against. Like I say, a huge sophisticated propaganda campaign by big pharma, who have effectively staged a coup d’etat.

I hope you have read the legal letter ellie-em put the link on …. It is where Dr.Sam White has engaged a law firm to address amongst other things the behaviour of the NHS in regard to jabbing the public without our informed consent —— Please read it everyone — and pray that it does some good for they are Coming for the Children

Not one! I’ve had nine texts, two letters and finally, or so I thought, an actual phone call, where I told them outright I wasn’t going to take the jabs. And that was it for a couple of months, then last week I received yet another letter because I was “vulnerable” (as did many others, I found out, who are NOT vulnerable!) It was another scrappy photocopy with huge type, really patronising and very pushy. At NO time have I been informed about any problems or potential side effects, no information leaflet, nada, nothing, just…”go and get your jabs, there’s a good girl!”

Not only all that but I just received a small box from the NHS. I haven’t/won’t open it, I suspect it contains test kits and orders to use them

Or maybe it contains covid

Return to sender.

That reminds me when they sent out the PCR tests to individuals via the post – to detect that life threatening virus – that individuals were supposed to use, then pop the used swabs in little box inside a Jiffy bag and return the life threatening bio hazard contaminant via Royal Mail post boxes whilst on the way to the corner shop for a loaf of bread, a packet of rich tea biscuits and a tv magazine. Stuff of comedy hour isn’t it?

It must vary a lot geographically. I had a letter in March via the post with the leaflet promoting it, which I did not reply to. There was no obvious return address or anything like that, so I wrote (via email) to the surgery I’m registered with. Cut down copy below. There was a rapid (less than an hour) reply which just said they’d put me down as having declined it, and if I wanted it in the future, they’d put me on the “waiting list”. Just one more promotional letter again, which I ignored, and nothing more for a couple of months.

The surgery knows my landline and email address, but not my mobile. My dentist does and makes use of it sometimes. That said, it’s not live much of the time in my case.

That’s a good letter, John.
I’ve realised this afternoon that I signed up to the Patient Access app a few years ago – encouraged to do so by my GP surgery as it enabled booking appts on line (yeah right still a dearth available). Plus, they said it freed up valuable phone time for the receptionists. My mobile details are on that with other id info – nhs number, address, email etc etc so that is probably where my details were taken from by other parties writing / texting / ringing. That app has probably been a source for many others to be contacted. I have never and will not, download the NHS T&T app
I’m disappointed that the invite letters from the surgery and the NHS really play on my ‘vulnerability’- ie strongly recommend I have the injections due to my underlying health conditions – I haven’t got any at all!! It’s blatant misrepresentation. The more they push, the more stubborn I get.

This letter sounds very iffy to me. It isn’t in sober solicitor-speak, and it includes some flimsy arguments (e.g. citing the anecdote about school kids and lemon juice) that any opposing lawyer would tear apart.

The whole thing is a bit iffy. Don’t get me wrong – I think every GP should be questioning the vaccines, getting informed consent, not recommending it if risks outweigh benefits (most under 60s) etc but having looked at his Instagram I don’t think Dr Sam is the posterboy that we want. He reminds me of the Doctors in the Netflix docu Afflicted…curing chronic Lyme with quantum lasers etc. Just a shame that he’s rejected Western Medicine as a whole over Alternative, which is his choice and I’m not saying he’s wrong, but doesn’t lend itself to being taken credibly. Sure he’ll make a lot of money though as a New Age MD.

Having once spent a small fortune on a series of Lawyer’s letters ( substantial 5 figure sum / very long letters ) I can attest that the Lawyer often starts by parroting a stream of consciousness dictation / narration by the client. After this is done it’s hell’s own job to turn “draft one” into a cogent “Solicitor Speak” letter and the Lawyer – not being a subject matter expert – is driven by the Client’s words.

Interesting – this letter is polemical in tone imho. This is clear evidence of the totalitarian propaganda response to people who dissent – with the greatest respect to those who suffered in the last century from such regimes; who is next, Dr Kendrick, Ms Craig?

But then this is the NHS and whistleblowing – the former has a publicly proven terrible record of ( allegedly with a statutory underpin ) encouraging whistleblowers before terminating their careers as part of a corporate “cancel culture” – take a look at the Eye’s expose of recent years – very grim reading.

Well the opinion polls seem to suggest that people are reasonably happy, on balance, with the current approach.

Note that I didn’t say anything about the 19th July – I think some concessions will be made to placate the masses – I am talking about renouncing the Big Lie, publicly apologising and saying it was a terrible mistake, stopping mass testing, coerced vaccinations, travel restrictions, track and trace. We know, because they’ve told us, that won’t happen. For goodness’ sake they are not even going to stop announcing covid stats on a daily basis. Thinking that a couple of poor by-election results will cause some of the biggest liars in history to admit their guilt is fanciful.

Monro

Reply to  Julian

It’s happening already. The apologies are easy but they won’t happen until after the public inquiry, by which time the major protagonists will have moved on. What is really required is constitutional and administrative reform, legal sanction against the perpetrators of the hospital clearances. There I agree with you. That will not happen, condemning the country to a repeat of this moronic shambles in due course.

Julian
Reply to  Monro

Public inquiry? Like the one into the Iraq war? There are far too many people involved in this for there to be any “moment” where “the truth” comes out. This isn’t some little conspiracy cooked up or cockup covered up by a small group of ministers and others. The entire establishment, civil service, scientific and academic community, parliament, the media, the unions, Big Tech, globally, have been complicit in this.
If this madness abates, it will do so slowly, over decades. There is no victor to impose justice as there was at the end of WW2 – the lunatics have WON, and for now we are beaten, but will struggle on.

What is “happening already”? All I can see happening is that they are pleased with themselves about the vaccine rollout, and making noises about the winter, and cementing in the biosecurity state.

Off Guardian is covering the Domestic Terrorism agenda in the States at the moment. Looks like the UK is going to go down the “domestic spy” route. This is very worrying. Priti Patel is a traitor. She got caught having clandestine meetings in Israel then she was miraculously propelled back into the Cabinet. We can deduce from the things she is onvolved with that she is an enemy of the British people and it is up to the British people to get rid of her and find out who exactly she is taking orders from, because she isn’t making this crap up herself. Appreciate I sometimes attack the relentless coverage of MSM articles but this has really struck a chord. She needs to be removed from office and charged for treason ASAP. She is literally attacking our freedom and she needs to be brought down for doing so. https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/the-government-is-launching-a-multi-front-attack-on-freedom-of-expression-in-the-name-of-national-security/ar-AALHOY1 The government is launching a multi-front attack on freedom of expression in the name of national security Matt Hancock’s bungling effort to conceal his affair with Gina Coladangelo may give hope to some that all government attempts to keep information from the public will be equally futile. Continued Britain does not have the same tradition of authoritarian censorship, but freedom of expression here is more fragile than it looks for two reasons. The Johnson administration has been more moderate than many nativist populist governments that have taken power around the world over the last decade. But it shares with them a strategy of systematic threat-inflation, frequently modelled on the agenda of the Republican Party in the US. In the paper cited above, Patel speaks of the necessity of introducing voter IDs and combating foreign powers interfering in British elections. A second feature of British culture makes the country particularly open to the belief that somewhere in the heart of government lie informational crown jewels, well-guarded secrets so important that their disclosure would pose an existential threat to us all. Such a myth is central to the plot of thousands of spy novels and films. But in my experience as a journalist few such earth-shaking secrets exist and what many people think of as a secret is either trivial or can be deduced by any reasonably well-informed person. The disclosures by Dominic Cummings, recently in the top ranks of government as Boris Johnson’s chief of staff, are a… Read more »

We can’t get rid of her. As long as her constituents vote for her she goes to parliament and as long as it suits whomever is pulling the strings and paying the bribes she’ll be given some cabinet post or other.

People really do need to start thinking seriously about the constitutional reforms necessary to prevent anything like this ever happening again. No individual or group of individuals can be allowed the power to imprison and inject a nation at whim.

‘Our NHS’: Socialist Fascism.

‘….almost all have bought into the government line and applied no critical thinking or done any research.’

‘…nurses and doctors care greatly about their patients but clearly cannot extrapolate that responsibility outwards beyond the hospital doors.

If you are critically ill, nurses and doctors can be ace. Need to fight a tyrannical dictatorship? Hmm, not so ace.

‘Maybe years of being bullied (that’s how the NHS manages its staff) has crippled most people.’

And doctors. This is the shocker. Turns out they’re either not that clever, couldn’t care less or are corrupt. In other words, no different from anyone else. Except when given positions of real power.

Then they can be dangerous. They must see the lies and yet the ones I work with tell everyone to get jabbed, wear a mask etc.

The NHS is now a religious body with its members needing guidance from above.

Neither medicine or religion should run a country.

When either does you get Britain today.’

Just been listening to a discussion on GB News* where they asked a guest if lifting restrictions on July 19th is a bad idea and if we should be more careful because of those who suffer from “long covid”. She argued that we don’t know the long-term implications/dangers of ‘long covid’ and shouldn’t we get more people ‘vaccinated’ before lifting restrictions.

To state the obvious: we don’t effing know the long term effects of this dangerous ‘vaccine’ which GB News* joyfully celebrate at every opportunity!

I’ve just witnessed a very similar scenario; Esther McVey and Caroline Flint doing the presenting (both incumbent MPs, one a government minister), both championing the ‘vaccine’, but the guest kept trying to say that it’s wrong to coerce people to be jabbed. The two MPs shut her down on every occasion and gave no further thought/discussion to what she said.

The T cell link was confirmed last year by a ignored, censored and diffamated German study already.
Prof. Gupta also mentioned it from the start.
Will she get an apology now?
But as with needlessly vaccinating those who had it already regardless, it will lead to zero acknowledgement and change.
There is a test already to see whether one is T cell immune.
Being so should mean not having to get jabbed EVER.
The pharma industry and big tech cannot let that happen though, ever.
This ignorance is the latest powerful proof that we are victims of a gigantic and very sinister hoax, experiment and crime and that the involved peoples true motives are solely dark and mean.

You’re right about the existence of relevant T cell tests – but they’re not cheap, nor on offer by the usual suspects. Last time I looked it up it was around £200 a pop, plus travel expenses etc. I did suggest to the local surgery that this would be the logical first step, rather than accepting the ‘free’ jab on offer straight away, to which there was no reply.

The Spiked article is wrif. This part explains why we are lucky to have and congegrate on a site like this, or why the demos are so important and uplifting- and why the authorities hate them and crack down harsh upon them in other, often more pre- disposed towards totalitarianism, countries. It also shows what I think must be the next step for us to survive and stay sane: we must find a way to meet amongst like-minded people in person socially, to replace our current circle of friends with whom we mostly have nothing in common anymore by now. “Loneliness develops with the destruction of the public realm and the estrangement of human beings from one another. To refer to it, she even uses the German term Verlassenheit – with its connotations of abandonment. Hence she writes that loneliness can mean being ‘deserted by others’ (5). It is also important to recognise her distinction between loneliness and solitude. For Arendt, ‘Loneliness is not solitude. Solitude requires being alone whereas loneliness shows itself most sharply in company with others.’ Solitude, therefore, can be a positive experience. By contrast, it is possible to feel lonely while surrounded by others. It can… Read more »

That’s really overstepping judicial responsibility, surely. What’s next? Jab if you jaywalk?

There’s similar judicial over reach in the new domestic counter terrorism Act and the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill. Any offence that is committed that is punishable by a 2 year sentence, ie causing criminal damage over £5k or assault occasioning actual bodily harm, the judge can decide the offence is linked to terrorism and impose a much harder sentence. This could also affect public demonstrations with ‘aggravated activists’ – as some demonstrators will be called – subjected to heavy measures.
Not surprisingly, all the 5eyes have or are adopting similar legal over reach.
