Vaccines Available For People Aged 25 and Over From Tuesday

England’s vaccine roll-out will extend to people aged 25-29 from Tuesday morning, the Health Secretary has announced. Sky News has the story.

“From this week we will start offering vaccinations to people under 30, bringing us ever closer to the goal of offering a vaccine to all adults in the U.K. by the end of next month,” [Matt Hancock] said.

“From tomorrow morning, we will open up vaccination to people aged 25 to 29.

“Over the remainder of this week, the NHS will send texts to people in these age groups and GPs will be inviting people on their lists to come forward.”

A total of 40,333,231 people in the U.K. have so far received their first jab, while 27,661,353 second vaccines have been administered.

A survey published last month suggested that nearly nine out of 10 young adults want to be vaccinated, giving an indication of how many people in the 25-29 age bracket will accept their vaccine invitations over the next few weeks.

Completely unnecessary to get the vaccine if you are 25-29. Risk of death from the vaccine is much higher than the risk from the virus. Only 1 in 666 people infected with coronavirus across all age groups go on to sadlidie. Between the beginning of the pandemic and the end of 2020 there were 80,830 deaths following a positive COVID test. Of these, only 107 people were between the ages of 25 and 29. 0.13% of the total deaths with COVID, or 1 in about 755 people. So the chance of someone aged between 25-29 who is infected with COVID going on to die is at worst 1 in 500,000. Let’s remember that deaths following the vaccine, for all age groups, are running at around 1 in 32,000, according to the Yellow Card adverse reactions data. The risk of death from those “rare” blood clots and from those “rare” cardiac inflammations is also measured at significantly more than 1 in 500,000. And that’s just the short-term effects of the virus – we know nothing yet of the longer term effects, And let’s remember these are deaths WITH COVID. The number of deaths OF COVID, where there are no other health… Read more »

Thank you.
Actually I noticed an error in my numbers. I included the 20-24 year old deaths in my stats, by mistake.

So your chance of death from coronavirus in the UK if you get infected and are 25 to 29 is actually, at the very very most, 1 in 769,000.

AfterAll

From that table, there were 70 deaths in the 25-29 age group, and the population in that age group is 4.5m, giving a 1 in 64K chance of dying of COVID considered across the whole of that age group, infected or not. The chance of dying in that age group for somebody in that group who has actually been infected with COVID would be higher than that; we’d need to know the incidence to give a figure. Having said that, many or all of the deaths may be in individuals who are already very ill; the risk of death for healthy individuals may be very low.

Good challenge. Your calculation is a better representation of the risk than mine, although I don’t think it changes the conclusion.

Your last sentence sums it up. All the 25-29 year olds aren’t at equal risk. I would say it’s distributed as equally as wealth – a very small number of (vulnerable) people bear most of the risk! Then there’s the obese and then the healthy have virtually a zero chance of death.

I don’t think this kind of talk lends our cause much credibility, not that I doubt it could be true, but it’s a bit much for most people to take.

Burying our heads in the sand will achieve nothing.

Twelve months ago people like us here at LS where vilified as conspiracy theorist nutters – that’s not the case any longer.

Gates and the rest are buying farm land all over the world, so what you might say – check out some articles in Off-guardian for where that is leading.

As the world is today I discount no theory until I have done my own research.

Conspiracy theories are only theories until we start to live them.

I have been wondering what will happen once everybody has been offered a vaccine. Will they content themselves with dishing out pointless boosters, or start chasing after people who declined a first dose? I recieved an invitation to be jabbed about 3 weeks ago, ignored it and am wondering how long it will be before I start getting reminders, possibly trying to pile on the guilt that I’m letting everyone down and could still spread death and despair.

You will have no choice. There is no turning back for them now. If it comes to you being forcibly held down and jabbed then so be it. Coercion will seem positively genteel in comparison. Watch the interview

About a month in my case (back in March), from the organisation with no proper return address on it. I did write to my reg. surgery about it in between, and they replied in less than an hour and said they’d put me ‘on the list’ of those that did not want it, and suggested that it’s up to me to change my mind. So, no more marketing, so far

I told the NHS weeks ago (both online and over the phone) that I don’t want the injection but have received 6 texts and numerous phone calls (mobile and landline) “inviting” me to make an appointment and they still keep on coming. It seems that “No” is not the right answer.

Take heart that there is the World Doctors’ Alliance and the World Freedom Alliance doing their damnedest to stop this utter madness. There was no need for the vaccines while doctors around the world were busy repurposing well established drugs which would have saved countless lives and saved a huge amount of money. Governments and big businesses are intent on destroying any opposition to the politically driven agenda. Vimeo has suspended UK Column’s account for example.

ONS ‘deaths with covid’ in 2020 for ages 25-29 was about 1 in 50,000 with pre-existing conditions and about 1 in 230,000 without. So far, official deaths with the jab have averaged 1 in 31,000. At this rate, this age group will multiply the immediate risk of death by between 1.7 and 7.4. Then there will be the long term effects ….

Both my son and daughter in law are 25. While my DIL has asthma, it’s well controlled and no pre-existing conditions in my son.
I’m recommending they don’t get the vaccine – the risks outweigh the potential benefits.
Think that likely applies to most 25 year olds so why is HMG so keen to push the vaccine to younger age groups?

Really?
You genuinely do not know yet?
1. Digital ID (aka vaccine passports) will give government totalitarian tyranny over its people, including coercing them to receive 3rd & subsequent ‘vaccines’ and
2. By means of 3rd & subsequent ‘vaccines’, bring about a mass cull of the global population.

Judging from the reaction to an ex-nurse trying to “inform” a vaccine queue of the FACTS and Risks, from the government’s own statistics (yellow card, etc.) there is little hope. I really can’t get my head around what is wrong with sheeple who are offered real information about the comparative and real risks while standing in a vax queue?
Hats off to the ex-nurse though. True Grit in the face of utter insanity. We really are living in a 21st century lunatic asylum and the lunatics really are running it.

So interesting to watch. A sample of the idiocy that has saturated our society:

The first guy shouting “lies” claiming he had the vaccine, therefore the yellow card scheme is somehow untrue. Not much of an argument.

The young fellow who just said “no, I don’t want to know”. Ignorance is bliss after all.

The two young guys, yellow and white tops, listened patiently but then commented “Well I’m going to get the vaccine regardless, because I believe in vaccines.” Are Vaccines a religion now? The great Church of Pfizer and AZ needs sacrifice to the Covid gods.

All you can ascertain from this is that some people are too far gone. I fear that these people are in fact a good representation of large swathes of the population.

If there’s no need to vaccinate everyone against influenza why is it necessary for the entire population to have a jab against this virus?

Young people can pass influenza onto the elderly and vulnerable, possibly proving fatal in some instances, but there’s never been a demand to vaccinate anyone but the elderly and vulnerable against the ‘flu.

I certainly wont be having it, despite receiving numerous reminders from the NHS, nor will I be sticking a swab containing mercury and other dangerous products down my throat or up my nose.

Stuart

[As at 26/5/21]The MHRA has received 396 UK reports of suspected ADRs to the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine in which the patient died shortly after vaccination, 831 reports for the COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca, 4 for the COVID-19 Vaccine Moderna and 22 where the brand of vaccine was unspecified. The majority of these reports were in elderly people or people with underlying illness. Older age and chronic underlying illnesses make it more likely that coincidental adverse events will occur…a bit like Covid really

Mind blowing hypocrisy. When it’s the vaccine…shit happens. When it’s Covid it’s the end of days.
