From the Roundup (1).
I dont recall Kier Starmer caring much for the ‘British Way’ recently, I would have thought he considered the very idea ‘racist’.

Samuel Johnson 1775 ‘(false) patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel’.

It has to be an Aprils Fool, so far he’s been 100% in support of harder Lockdowns.

Kier Starmer suddenly woken up – the cynicism in me tells me there is more to this – ok yes there are elections looming in a few weeks. Somebody must have had a word in his ear that he is behind in the polls.

Probably not for long:

The NAO (National Audit Office) found the UK government had awarded £17bn of such contracts to private companies some of whom had political or personal ties to members of the government while failing to “document any consideration of any potential conflict [of interest].”

The Sun: The Queen: ” Out and about without a mask”.
If it’s good enough for the Queen, its good enough, etc.

‘Begium must lift all Covid19 measures. . . Court rules’.
Or else it will transfer a (measly) £200,000 from one part of the State Coffers to another.

The Labour party leader, the leader of the Liberal Democrats, they have correctly read the runes……the next general election will be carnage…….and, just round the corner now for the Conservative party: Beware the Ides of May………

I think you are correct.First out the LD leader strongly opposed to vaccine passports ID cards and will attract many Tory voters. Now Labour leader leaning that way and he better hurry up, stengthning his opposition before LD establish themselves as the opposition party.
I don’t tink either of them believe the Youg gov polls showing how popualar the scheme is. This is just the pub “thirsty” populace just wanting them open quick. When the time for implementaion, connection to ID cards, health records and the inevitable 6 mth limit the enthusiasm in the populce will diminish quickly.

I am very angry that I have to produce a C.O.V.ID before being allowed entry to a pub restaurant. or entertainment venue. If that is the case I will not be using them. I will not encourage Vaccine Apartheid.

We received our ballot card yesterday and I know who I am not voting for!

We need a big change in this country and we won’t get one by continually voting LibLabConGreen.

Sadly, there is very rarely any sensible alternative. I shall almost certainly have to spoil my ballot papers: a small, but virtually ignorable protest.

Perhaps Julia should have offered Jenrick an “incentive” to come up with a number he likes those

Oh how convenient for the powers that be, that a knife-wielding madman should go on a rampage in an ‘over-crowded’ park in London on sunny Tuesday. When they’re out of ideas, they’ll always turn to the old tricks that worked…

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/erratic-knife-wielding-man-sparks-23827815

For argument’s sake, let’s say it this was real, it is still damning on our government/agencies. It would further prove that Sadiq’s London is not a safe place to relax in the park, for fear a menace with a knife could pop up at any moment. It could also demonstrate the extent of damage dealt on people’s mental health thanks to lockdown.

Look at the IFR the BBC is using in this puff piece for vaccination today… https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-56594189

It’s as if a year’s research never happened.

Sir Keir added that Covid passports for international travel were inevitable and the focus of the Government should be on maximising the vaccine rollout, but said: “My instinct is that… [if] we get the virus properly under control, the death rates are near zero, hospital admissions very, very low, that the British instinct in those circumstances will be against vaccine passports.”

If you read it carefully, you’ll see that Kneel Stalin is actually advocating zero covid and vaxpasses. Not exactly opposition, is it?

This website prohibits users from accessing the most important information about corona lawsuits in the UK. There is a provate criminal lawsuit going through right now, alleging fraud against Hancock, Whitty, Vallance and Ferguson. LDS deletes information pertaining to this, like a scaredy cat. Establishment gatekeepers, nothing else

Bring back Kenneth Kendall!
He and Richard Whitmore were probably the last trustworthy newsreaders the BBC had. It was all downhill after them.

What a farce. Fewer than a quarter with Covid symptoms request test, UK study finds
Survey also reveals only half of Britons who develop signs of virus fully self-isolate. The government is hoping that integrity will prevail.

Just had the latest covid news (propaganda) for Shropshire urging salopians to stay local over Easter; then followed the “massaged” figures of 6 Covid cases in hospital and 1 Covid death!
Talk about overkill!
WHOOPS, SORRY!
NOT REALLY.
